Shipping policy
- All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) via First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight)
- All US shipping addresses are charged a $7.95 flat rate shipping fee.
- All orders will received a shipment email with tracking information as soon as the order ships.
- Please allow 2-4 days for order processing & fulfillment
- Shipping times after fulfillment average 3-8 business days. It may take longer during the busy holiday season. If you need an item faster, please contact us for options!
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please be patient as we are a very small company and ship everything ourselves. No elves here to help us!
