Shipping & Return Policies
SHIPPING
- All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
- All US shipping addresses are charged a $8 flat rate shipping fee.
- All orders will receive a shipment email with tracking information - as soon as the order ships.
- Items may ship in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking emails for each package. Total shipping will not exceed $8.00.
- Items are shipped either from our warehouse in Minnesota, or directly from one of our vendor’s U.S. warehouses.
- Please allow 2-4 days for order processing & fulfillment
- Shipping times after fulfillment average 5-15 business days. If you need an item faster, please contact us for options! We sometimes (but not always) have an option to expedite faster shipping for an extra fee.
- Please keep in mind that we are a very small business (not Amazon) and will get your item(s) out to you as quickly as we humanly can!
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping (if necessary) is the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not ship outside the USA at this time.
RETURNS
THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out! Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case.
All items must be shipped back to Rust & Rose and postmarked within 7 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Please email us at rustandroseboutiquemkt@gmail.

- Sale Items
- Jewelry + Accessories
- Eyewear + Hair Accessories
- Swimwear
- Home + Gift Items
- Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount or sale.
- The above items will not be accepted if returned.
All purchases are eligible for refund in the form of online store credit only.
Refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift card, which may be used on any future purchase online only.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Item(s) must be: Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, stain, make-up and perfume free.
Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder, or contact us.
Exchanges:
- Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer exchanges.
