Shipping & Return Policies


  • All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
  • All US shipping addresses are charged a $8 flat rate shipping fee. (unless your order is $100+, or is an online exclusive item, which ship for FREE!)
  • All orders will received a shipment email with tracking information as soon as the order ships. 
  • Items may ship in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking emails for each package.
  • Items are shipped either from our store in Minnesota, our directly from our vendors U.S. warehouses. 
  • Please allow 2-4 days for order processing & fulfillment
  • Shipping times after fulfillment average 3-5 days. If you need an item faster, please contact us for options! We can expedite orders coming from our store, but not from the warehouse.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping (if necessary) is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sorry, we do not ship outside the USA at this time. 


THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case. 

All items must be shipped back to Rust & Rose and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Please email us at for return instructions.

  • Eyewear + Hair Accessories

  • Home + Gift Items
  • Discounted Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount.
  • These items will not be accepted if returned.

Online orders are eligible for refund in the form of online store credit only.

Refunds will be issued in the form of an online gift card, which may be used on any future purchase.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder, or contact us.

** If you are local to the Stillwater, MN area you may return your item directly to the store. **

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know!

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us immediately at and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.


  • Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges via mail. If you are able to return the item to our shop in person, we will honor exchanges if the item is available.
