Shipping & Return Policies


  • All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).
  • All US shipping addresses are charged a $8 flat rate shipping fee.
  • All orders will received a shipment email with tracking information as soon as the order ships. 
  • Please allow 2-4 days for order processing & fulfillment
  • Shipping times after fulfillment average 3-5 days. If you need an item faster, please contact us for options! 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping (if necessary) is the responsibility of the customer.


We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  If you need to return an item please follow the below instructions:

  1. Send us an email at within 3 business days of receiving your order so we can approve the item you are returning.
  2. After you receive approval, ship the item back to our address:

  1. All items must be shipped back to Rust & Rose and postmarked within 7 calendar days of your emailed approval. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We suggest choosing a shipping option that provides a tracking number and emailing us the tracking so we know when to expect your return. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. 

Refunds will be issued onto the original form of payment. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

Please note that Food & Beauty products are not returnable.

If you are local to the Stillwater, MN area you may return your item directly to the store.

Damaged/Defective Items:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please let us know!

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us immediately at and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.


  • Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges via mail. If you are able to return the item to our shop in person, we will honor exchanges if the item is available.
  • For online orders, we suggest emailing for us for a return authorization, then re-purchasing the correct size.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
